About Us

HiJiffy is a leading B2B SaaS company providing innovative tech solutions for the hospitality industry. Our platform helps hotels improve guest communication, drive bookings, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Lead will be the architect and operator of HiJiffy’s product-to-market engine. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Finance, this person will:

  • Refine the Full Customer Lifecycle: From Acquisition to Onboarding, from Adoption to Renewal, from Expansion (Upsell) to Advocacy (Referrals).
  • Build a Scalable Product Marketing Function: Hire and mentor specialists (e.g., GTM Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence Analyst).
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensure every team understands product value, target segments and success metrics.
  • Partner Deeply on UX/UI & Copy: Work with Product, Design and Engineering to optimise workflows, wireframes, microcopy and in-app language, so each screen drives clarity, reduces friction and boosts task completion.
  • Institute In-Product Measurement: Help define and track KPIs (activation rates, feature adoption, path analyses), build dashboards for cross-functional visibility, and close the loop from data to product refinements.
  • Collaborate with Product on the Full Feature Launch Lifecycle: From ideation - naming, use-case definition and prototyping - through beta testing with power-users, to multi-channel launch and post-launch adoption programs.

Specific Core Responsibilities:

Acquisition & GTM

  • Market segmentation, ICPs, buyer personas and buyer committee
  • Value propositions and messaging frameworks
  • Sales enablement kits (battlecards, pitch decks, ROI calculators)
  • Partner enablement kits to train resellers, advocates and partners
  • Launch plans for new features and relevant integrations

Data-Driven Segmentation

  • Leverage CRM and product analytics to segment customers (e.g., business-oriented hotels vs. resorts), usage patterns and support needs.

Competitive Intelligence & Win-Loss Insights

  • Systematically gather and analyse competitor offerings, pricing moves and customer feedback.
  • Arm Sales with real-time battlecards and refine our product roadmap to capture feature gaps, protecting market share and informing R&D prioritisation.
  • Conduct quantitative market sizing and TAM/SAM/SOM analyses to validate total opportunity.
  • Produce business trend reports and run voice-of-market surveys to inform new use cases, pricing tiers and geographic expansion strategies.

Onboarding & Adoption

  • Customer journey mapping and activation playbooks
  • Educational content (webinars, tutorials, in-app guides, etc.)
  • Usage analytics dashboards and adoption scorecards

Renewal

  • Renewal risk scoring models and proactive retention campaigns
  • Win-back and loyalty programs
  • Quarterly business reviews templates for CS/Sales

Upgrade & Upsell

  • Expansion playbooks and pricing optimisation
  • Expansion (added properties and upsell) email automations
  • Case studies & ROI benchmarking

Product-Led Growth

  • Develop Built-in Virality Loops: Design referral incentives that motivate existing users to invite colleagues and partner hotels; Introduce friendly competitions (e.g., “Top-performing Agent of the Month”) that encourage users to master the product and recruit others to climb the ranks; and leverage network effects by crafting collaborative initiatives (e.g. power-users community).
  • UX/UI & Copy Optimisation
  • Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and in-app copy (namings, labels, tooltips, CTAs)
  • A/B test field labels and flows to boost clarity and reduce errors
  • Develop and enforce a UX Copy style guide for consistent, on-brand language

Collaborate with Product on the Full Feature Launch Lifecycle

  • Facilitate ideation workshops: define target users, core use cases, naming conventions and success metrics
  • Create positioning briefs and launch-readiness checklists
  • Recruit and manage beta-test cohorts, gather qualitative feedback and quantitative usage data
  • Plan and execute multi-channel launch (email, in-app, webinars…) and post-launch adoption campaigns

Voice of Customer & Customer Reviews

  • Establish ongoing VoC forums, in-product surveys and user advisory councils.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to boost the collection of customer reviews on Hotel Tech Report.
  • Cultivate a reference pool of champion customers and a list of reference accounts per market to support Sales on closing deals

Success Metrics

  • Sales cycle length
  • New customer conversion rate
  • Expansion (Upsell and Added-Properties) revenue
  • Customer Retention and Satisfaction
  • Churn rate
  • Activation rate on new features
  • Core features adoption rate
  • Time-to-value for new clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in hospitality or travel tech.
  • Proven success in go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Skilled in customer and market research, competitive analysis, and messaging.
  • Experience leading product launches and enabling sales teams.
  • Data-driven, with a solid grasp of key marketing and lifecycle metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, persuasive, and strategic.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to build and scale a function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Benefits:
