Position Summary:
The Virtual Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms in a highly dynamic setting. This position involves managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing digital campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive brand awareness and engagement, and ultimately, business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Social Media Strategy:
- Develop, execute, and improve comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Create and manage campaigns across various channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, email marketing, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Work with content creators to develop high-quality content (blog posts, landing pages, videos, etc.) that aligns with SEO best practices.
- Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
Paid Advertising:
- Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for campaigns (like CPC, CPA, etc.) and initiatives.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data to improve ROI and reach KPIs.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track and measure the performance of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Analyze conversion data, bounce rates, and other KPIs to continuously optimize strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure marketing materials and messaging are cohesive and effective.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing campaigns with business objectives and lead-generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the U.S. market is highly desirable.
- Virtual/remote work experience and other international market experience is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Technical mastery in virtual working, efficiency, and productivity tools (including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
