Application – Senior Graphic Designer (UI/UX + HTML Conversion)

High-On Innovation (HOI) is hiring for the position of Senior Graphic Designer (UI/UX + HTML Conversion).

We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused designer who can handle complete visual delivery — from branding and UI/UX design to HTML conversion and marketing creatives.

This is not just a designer role. We need someone who can think, design, and execute end-to-end.

Role Scope:

Branding → UI/UX Design → HTML Conversion → Marketing Creatives → Social Media Design

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Digital Branding

• Strong expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive frontend conversion

• Ability to convert Figma/UI designs into clean HTML pages

• Experience in brand identity creation and maintaining brand guidelines

• Ability to design landing pages, websites, dashboards, and digital interfaces

• Strong knowledge of social media creatives and marketing campaign design

• Good understanding of conversion-focused design and UI/UX principles

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, branding, and HTML-converted work

Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting landing pages and website interfaces

• Create complete UI/UX design systems for websites and applications

• Convert approved UI designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS pages

• Design social media creatives, ad creatives, and campaign assets

• Build and maintain strong brand visual guidelines

• Design presentations, pitch decks, and product visuals

• Work closely with developers and marketing teams for execution accuracy

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
