Brand Designer

High Five is on behalf of a web agency that builds editorial experiences with tools like Sanity, Contentful, Next.js, and Shopify. They're looking for a brand designer to help shape the visual identity of the brands they work with and present that work to the world.

What you'll do

• Define and deliver brand guidelines covering typography, colour palettes, imagery, iconography, patterns, and graphic devices
• Create polished case study designs and mockups that showcase our client work
• Build and maintain design systems and design tokens to keep things consistent across digital touchpoints
• Produce brand assets for web, social, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Work alongside our developers and wider team to make sure brand work holds up in production
• Own brand consistency across everything we put out

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in brand design with a solid digital portfolio
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building and managing design systems and design tokens
• Comfortable creating mockups and presentation-ready case studies
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and hierarchy
• High attention to detail and a genuine care for craft

Nice to have

• Experience working alongside UI or product designers, or a background in UI yourself
• Familiarity with how design tokens feed into front-end development
• Motion or animation skills
