The mission of the Marketing Director is to drive predictable, scalable growth through strategic marketing execution, team leadership, and data-backed decision-making.

This role exists to unify our branding, content, funnel systems, and paid media efforts into a single, high-performance growth engine that fuels the expansion of our SaaS platforms, education programs, high ticket experiences, our personal brands and the individual brands of each of our unique products.

This role is critical to building a marketing machine that doesn’t rely on founder output. It ensures our brand operates at the highest standard across all channels while maximizing results with modern systems, automation, and AI.

The Marketing Director owns the strategy and execution of all marketing efforts across paid media, funnels, content, blogs, email, and YouTube. They lead a team of creatives, collaborate closely with sales, and report weekly on performance and improvements.

• Owns the marketing strategy AND executes it
• Can build campaigns from scratch and analyze performance
• Understands both creative brand building and data-driven growth
• Is comfortable with paid media, funnels, email, content, SEO, and analytics
• Can collaborate with sales and make marketing directly impact revenue

Key responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, YouTube Ads (with future expansion to YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Lead and manage funnels — ideation, hooks, copy, and direction for design team
• Lead Collaboration on all creatives on all ad assets (graphics, videos, lead magnets)
• Write all marketing copy such as ad copy, email copy, video scripts, and headlines
• Launch and grow a full blog system for Mike Sherrard (recycling YouTube content into SEO-optimized blogs)
• Manage YouTube marketing strategy — titles, thumbnails, CTR optimization, keyword research, and reporting
• Weekly reporting: spend, leads, performance, lessons, and improvement ideas
• Collaborate with sales team to monitor lead quality and optimize spend
• Own and improve marketing systems for paid ads, lead magnets, funnels, blogs, and reporting.
• Come up with ideas and automations with AI, tools we can use as a team, areas we can streamline, and how we can get better and faster results through AI Agents and AI Automations. (Huge one)

Must be highly passionate about learning AI tools, digital marketing industry, and implementing new workflows to save time and increase marketing efficiency.
