Performance Marketing Consultant

HiCareer is looking for experienced Performance Marketing Consultants to support a range of fast-growing D2C and E-commerce brands. We currently have some active projects kicking off and want to build long-term relationships with experts who thrive in fast-paced environments.

• sPlan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and mor
• eDevelop creative and performance-driven campaign ideas in collaboration with brand and content team
• sAnalyze results using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and turn insights into actio
• nOwn media strategy across paid channels with a focus on CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LT
• VTest and evaluate new acquisition channels and growth tactic
• sCollaborate closely with founders, growth leads, or in-house teams to meet business goal
