Performance & Growth Marketing Manager

HiCareer is hiring Performance & Growth Marketing Managers for upcoming projects with fast-growing D2C brands — in industries such as fashion, beauty, and outdoor/lifestyle. These are hands-on roles where you’ll be expected to drive performance across paid, organic, and CRM channels, with a clear focus on scalable, profitable growth.

Most of our clients are startups or scaleups based and founded in or around Europe. While their core teams sit in locations like Stockholm, Oslo, Amsterdam & Berlin, they're open to remote setups to find amazing candidates.

🔍 What we’re looking for

• 3–6+ years in performance or growth marketing (ideally D2C brands or growth agencies)
• Experience running Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, influencer or UGC-based campaigns
• Extremely data-driven in your approach and obsessed in numbers and growth metrics.
• Strong understanding of CAC/LTV, attribution, and testing frameworks
• Bonus: Klaviyo/Shopify knowledge or CRM & retention experience
