Sr. Digital Product Designer

We’re hiring a group of Senior Digital Product Designers!!

We're looking for a group of Senior Digital Product Designers to join our Bogotá team on a 6-month temporary basis (almost remote — but we love to meet and have fun together from time to time 😉).

💡 What you’ll do:

✔ Combine platform standards with product strategy

✔ Design native iOS/Android UI that’s scalable, intuitive, and beautiful

✔ Contribute to and maintain solid design systems and accesibility standards

✔ Work alongside developers, PMs, and stakeholders with clarity and collaboration

✔ Deliver pixel-perfect flows, interactions, prototypes, and documentation

✔ Design inclusive, accessible, and user-centered experiences backed by insights

What we’re looking for:

5+ years as a UX/UI Designer (3+ years designing native mobile apps - exclusive)

Experience in banking, fintech, Insurance or financial services (nice to have)

Knowledge of Figma, Zeroheight, Notion, Jira, and Confluence like a pro

Experience with U.S.-based products or teams (a big plus)

English level: C1 — you’ll work with global teams

A strong portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and visual clarity

Autonomy, creativity, and an eye for detail

We offer a salary range between 9M and 12M COP, along with excellent benefits as Learning budget, Prepagada, Life insurance, between others (depending on the candidate’s seniority).
