About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Analyst to support our Product Marketing team at a fast-growing MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator). You’ll work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to generate insights, streamline reporting, and uncover opportunities from our customer and campaign data. This is a remote/offshore role and perfect for someone who loves working with data and delivering clear, actionable outputs.
What You’ll Do
● Own and automate recurring reports (e.g. subscriber growth, porting trends, churn, reactivation)
● Create one-off analyses to support product or campaign decisions (e.g. offer performance, cohort behaviour)
● Pull and clean data from sources like Google Cloud Platform, Excel, Google Sheets, and more
● Build dashboards that track KPIs and surface insights across the customer lifecycle
● Assist in building forecast models and performance benchmarks
● Identify anomalies or trends in customer behaviour, acquisition, and retention
● Work collaboratively with the Product Marketing Manager to turn data into strategic recommendations
What You’ll Need
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) - formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc
● Understanding of marketing KPIs, CAC, churn, LTV, conversion rates, etc.
● Ability to turn complex data into simple, digestible outputs
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Bonus: Telco experience is a bonus, but not essential
● Bonus: Experience with SQL (especially BigQuery) and BI tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
