Role Overview
Graphic Designers are detail-oriented and thrive on clean layouts. They bring pixel-perfect execution, and brand consistency across every touchpoint. In this role you’ll be responsible for designing marketing materials, digital assets, sales collateral, event graphics, presentations, and more – ensuring every output is both visually engaging and impeccably formatted. You must be a confident typesetter with an excellent command of the English language, strong layout and formatting skills, and a critical eye for alignment, consistency, and readability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets across digital and print, including flyers, posters, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, event signage, and internal collateral.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs, ensuring alignment with visual identity and tone of voice.
- Execute precise typesetting for both long and short form documents, balancing hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and legibility.
- Format documents with meticulous attention todetail, including spacing, kerning, paragraph styles, page layouts, and export settings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets that support campaigns, events, lead generation, and partner enablement.
- Support internal teams with document design and formatting requests, ensuring consistency across the business.
- Prepare and package files for print and digital distribution, ensuring correct specs and resolution every time.
- Manage and organise assets in shared drives and platforms, keeping version control and file naming conventions up to date.
Skills & Experience
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a corporate, agency, or in-house environment.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong working knowledge of Canva, Powerpoint/Google Slides, and Figma (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in typesetting, layout design, and formatting documents with high attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, alignment, and composition.
- Strong grasp of written English, grammar, and how design supports clear communication.
- Ability to work from templates as well as create fresh concepts when required.
- Confidence in reviewing and proofreading your own work before submission.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Experience working within a brand and applying guidelines across various formats.
- An understanding of how to balance creativity with functionality, especially for data-heavy or technical content.
