The EPIC Product Marketing Manager We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s excited to play a key role in how we tell our story, bring new offerings to market, and drive adoption across our growing provider network.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deeply understand our customers and their needs, develop messaging and positioning that resonates with what they value, and deliver compelling stories across all touchpoints.
As our first dedicated PMM, you’ll help build the foundation for the function, crafting core strategies and tools that shape how we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Own product positioning and messaging to drive awareness, adoption, and retention
- Build go-to-market strategies for new products and features, in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Craft messaging grounded in what customers care about most, ensuring our product speaks to their needs and goals rather than just a list of features
- Create marketing and sales collateral including one-pagers, sales decks, campaigns, and landing pages
- Conduct customer and market research to inform positioning and competitive strategy
- Contribute to content marketing efforts, such as case studies, blog posts, educational materials
- Develop internal enablement materials to ensure alignment across Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed - we’re a lean, collaborative team that gets things done
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product marketing or a similar function
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill value props down to what matters
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between big-picture thinking and getting in the weeds
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or financial services is a big plus
- Bonus: you’ve worked in a startup or growth-stage company
