We’re looking for a Product Designer focused on customer-facing experiences, with a strong eye for UX, visual storytelling, and conversion-driven design. You’ll help shape how travellers discover, understand, and purchase our products across web and mobile touchpoints.

This is a role for someone who enjoys turning real user problems into thoughtful, intuitive solutions. You’ll help shape our visual language, interaction design, and usability standards, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our commitment to simplicity, clarity, and quality.

Mission: Design intuitive and high-converting customer experiences that simplify complex decisions and help travelers feel confident throughout their journey; from discovery and quotation to purchase and support.

You’ll own the end-to-end product design process, from concept to delivery, while contributing to the evolution of our design system and championing best practices in accessibility, consistency, and user experience.

Key activities/responsibilities to perform:

You’ll work end-to-end on product design tasks, combining UX thinking with strong UI execution:

  • Design clear, usable, and visually engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels across acquisition, onboarding, and checkout experiences.
  • Use customer insights, usability testing, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing teams to create cohesive customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of our design system and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, working across both UX and UI.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • Experience designing ecommerce or conversion-focused experiences.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first consumer behaviour and conversion principles.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive customer experiences.
  • Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and solid UI craft.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centred problem solving and high-quality visual execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and localisation challenges across multiple markets.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma and experience working with design systems.

Key Skills:

  • Experience contributing to design systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience working in agile squads or product-led environments.
  • Passion for travel.

Location & Conditions

  • Schedule: Full Time (7.5h/day)
  • Location: 100% Remote, with the option to work from our office in Barcelona (next to Torre Agbar)
  • Eligibility: Must reside in Spain and have the legal right to work
