Hey Bud Skincare is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong focus on static assets for paid media/DTC. If you have a flair for creating eye-catching, on-brand visuals that drive results, this role is for you!

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for designing high-impact static assets that captivate audiences on social media and digital ad platforms. Working closely with our performance marketing team, you'll use data to refine designs that maximise engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop static ads for Meta, Google, and other paid media channels that are optimised for performance
• Collaborate with marketing to iterate on designs based on data insights
• Ensure all visuals align with Hey Bud’s brand voice and aesthetic
• Deliver consistent, conversion-focused designs to support our paid media strategy

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital advertising
• Strong portfolio showcasing static ad designs for paid media
• Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC) and ability to create assets that drive results
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with data-driven design adjustments
