With a product-led culture and technical depth, we're building out our marketing function to support an expanding sales team and drive immediate and long-term growth.
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Manager to own and drive our go-to-market engine. With a heavy focus on lead generation, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and the founders to generate pipeline, create customer-facing content, and establish scalable marketing infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a lean B2B startup environment and has built marketing programs from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting channels
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and multi-channel campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with outbound efforts
Sales Enablement & Content
- Create and maintain sales collateral
- Produce video tutorials and educational assets for technical buyers
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) for high-value targets
Website, Social & SEO
- Write and manage blog posts, landing pages, and social posts
- Own SEO strategy, content calendar and performance tracking, and testing to optimize engagement and conversion
Marketing Infrastructure & Automation
- Manage marketing automation setup and data flows in Hubspot to maximise lead nurturing and conversion in order to increase user retention, engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver and maintain marketing reporting dashboards, providing an analytical understanding of marketing efforts.
About You:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, marketing to technical buyers
- Strong execution across paid acquisition, SEO, social, content, and sales enablement
- Excellent writer and communicator, able to distil complex technical ideas
- Familiar with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Wordpress, SEMrush, Canva
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content development
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive—someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up phase, with a proven track record building marketing functions from the ground up
Nice to Have:
- Basic video editing, analytics, or no-code tooling skills (e.g., Webflow, Zapier)
- Experience running and promoting webinars and virtual events
