About the Job: HEROIC Cybersecurity (HEROIC.com) is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns across various channels.
The ideal candidate is passionate about branding, creating compelling content, digital marketing, and using data to drive decisions. Must have experience in social media marking, video editing, graphic design, email marketing, and content creation.
What you will do:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and achieving key marketing goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels including daily social media posts, email marketing, and content creation, video editing, graphic design and more.
Create and manage engaging marketing content—such as social media posts, videos, blog posts, case studies, white papers, landing pages, reels, and newsletters—for the website and social media platforms.
Support and implement SEO/SEM initiatives to boost website traffic and search visibility.
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to drive higher conversion rates and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support promotional events, initiatives, and new product or service launches.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with the customer journey and lead generation goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and insights that inform campaign planning.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
Edit and produce videos and reels that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage target audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of solid experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B setting
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Social Media scheduling tools, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads )
Video editing experience (Capcut, Adobe Premier, etc)
Proficiency with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Canva, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Experience working with cybersecurity, technology, or professional services preferred
