Key Responsibilities
1. Lead full-case creative planning for offline game events, design core brand visuals including key visuals, theme posters, offline materials and social media visuals, and establish a unified project visual system.
2. Conduct venue spatial planning, pedestrian flow design, functional zoning and atmosphere construction; independently complete 3D modeling, scene construction, lighting setup and rendering for booths, stages and themed installations.
3. Design immersive interactive scenes, check-in points and themed art installations based on game IP characteristics to create highly recognizable offline game experience scenarios.
4. Cooperate with construction teams, verify on-site dimensions and atmosphere effects, and ensure high-precision restoration of design solutions.
5. Leverage AI tools for creative exploration and style iteration, establish standardized AI workflows, prompt libraries and creative assets to improve team creative efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of full-cycle experience in offline game exhibitions, commercial space design and large-scale event planning; candidates with the international game exhibition experience are preferred.
2. Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software including C4D and 3ds Max; skilled in AI creative tools such as Midjourney and ComfyUI, with solid capabilities in prompt writing and precise style control.
3. Excellent aesthetic judgment in spatial layout, light and shadow, and user traffic logic; capable of independent original creativity and complete visual system construction, ensuring consistent visual tone throughout projects.
4. Familiar with mainstream game art styles including cyberpunk, futuristic, anime and realistic sci-fi with international high-end aesthetic; able to work under high-intensity iteration and deliver stable, high-quality creative outputs with strong execution and team collaboration skills.
