About Us
Hermes Travels is a fast-growing SaaS platform powering the next generation of rental car businesses. We're building a fully automated, Turo-style white-label solution for car rental hosts — complete with dashboards for renters, hosts, co-hosts, investors, and service partners (like body/tint/wrap shops).
Our platform includes complex user flows, third-party integrations (Stripe, Bouncie, Axle), and real-time dashboards — and we’re looking for a talented UI/UX designer to help turn our vision into intuitive, clean, and scalable interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the founder and developers to design flows for:
- Host onboarding & fleet management
- Partner (body/tint shop) portals
- Investor dashboards
- Renter reservation systems
- Admin-level internal tools
- Create Figma mockups, mobile-responsive designs, and reusable design systems
- Translate product documentation and flowcharts into real user interfaces
- Optimize UX across web and mobile
- Work closely with frontend dev (Next.js + Tailwind) to implement your designs
Tools We Use
- Figma (for all designs & prototyping)
- Slack + Notion/Confluence (team communication & documentation)
- GitHub (codebase access)
- Stripe, Smartcar, Bouncie, Twilio, Mailchimp (third-party APIs we integrate)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience designing SaaS, B2B, or admin-style platforms
- Portfolio showing responsive web apps, dashboards, and user flows
- Comfortable working independently with a founder & 2-person dev team
- Solid understanding of user journeys, UX copy, accessibility
- Bonus: Familiarity with car rental, fintech, or logistics platforms
Why Join Us?
- Direct impact — you’ll be shaping the UX of an entire platform from the ground up
- Freedom to design and own flows end-to-end
- Flexible hours, remote work, and weekly team check-ins
- Opportunity to join full-time if it’s a great fit
