Software Engineer

The Resource will be responsible for the customization, development, and integration of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to our clients’ engineering and product lifecycle processes.

The resouce will work closely with architects, administrators, and business analysts to design and implement scalable PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems like ERP and CAD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Customize and extend Teamcenter data models using BMIDE
• Develop extensions and services using ITK (C/C++), SOA, and REST APIs
• Configure and automate workflows, change management processes, and business rules
• Develop and customize RAC (Rich Client) components and Active Workspace (AWC) interfaces
• Integrate Teamcenter with external systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP) and CAD tools (e.g. NX, SolidWorks)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, customization, and integrations
• Participate in PLM data migration, version upgrades, and deployments

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter (architecture, installation, configuration)
• C# e .NET
• Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK (C/C++), SOA services, and workflow designer
• Familiarity with Java for RAC customization and JavaScript/HTML/CSS for AWC customization
• Good knowledge of XML/XSLT, SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST)
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP and CAD systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace customization
• Exposure to Polarion, NX, or Simcenter
• Experience in performance tuning and Teamcenter upgrades
• Siemens Teamcenter certifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
