Who Our Client Is Looking For:
Our client is seeking an Email Marketing Guru for the role of Head of Email Marketing—someone who not only deeply understands the technical and strategic aspects of email, but can also build and develop a team, establish processes, and lead their email marketing efforts. They need a leader who takes full responsibility for results and moves forward with unwavering determination.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop an email strategy for the U.S. market through analyzing the subscriber base, creating segmentation, and designing a monetization approach.
• Build processes by setting up and automating email campaigns (trigger-based sequences, retargeting, etc.).
• Select and test ESPs (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, Klaviyo, Postmark) to find the best fit for their needs.
• Develop the team by recruiting specialists, providing training, and ensuring quality control.
• Optimize conversions via A/B testing of emails, offers, and landing pages.
• Manage deliverability through domain/IP warm-ups, avoiding spam filters, and rotating IP addresses.
• Segment and personalize by creating email flows with individualized offers and content.
• Drive monetization by creating and optimizing email funnels to maximize revenue.
• Provide analytics and reporting on key metrics (OR, CTR, conversions, LTV, revenue) and translate data into actionable insights.
What Our Client Expects From You:
• Proven experience managing email marketing: not just campaign setup, but designing full-scale systems (strategy, deliverability, technology).
• Deep understanding of segmentation, reactivation, retention strategies, and elevating customer LTV.
• Relevant experience in the U.S. market (financial sector knowledge is a plus).
• Team management skills: hiring, training, motivating, and driving results.
• Expertise in domain/IP warm-up to ensure high deliverability.
• Ability to interpret metrics and turn them into action (testing content, adjusting segments, etc.).
