About The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong bias for execution and a growth hacking mindset to help accelerate Hercle’s visibility and traction in the digital asset space.

You’ll be responsible for supporting implementation of our marketing strategy end-to-end - from managing social media presence, writing insightful content, and executing campaigns, to designing eye-catching visuals that communicate our mission and capabilities clearly. This role requires someone who is resourceful, versatile, and eager to build a high-performing marketing engine from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the leadership and commercial teams to translate our brand vision into tangible growth outcomes, whether that’s growing inbound interest, increasing engagement, or creating visibility in the space.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Plan and create content across social media, blogs, newsletters, and client communications, including copywriting and visual design
• Maintain and grow Hercle’s presence across social platforms, ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
• Track, analyze and report on performance of campaign growth and experiments, using KPIs to guide iterations.
• Support product marketing efforts, including the creation of decks, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage CRM and email automation tools to deliver segmented and personalised campaigns.
• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and media to extend Hercle’s reach and reputation.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to inform positioning and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, B2B tech, or crypto/web3 sectors.
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with attention to voice, clarity, and accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Good knowledge in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of digital assets, DeFi, or capital markets.
• Experience in event marketing, community management, or PR.
• SEO/SEM and paid acquisition campaign experience.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Fluency in additional languages.
