Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth and marketing strategy for Pickovo and Heptadev.
This role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, marketing expertise, and product advocacy to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients, partners, and garage associations.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
2. Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Manage brand positioning, social media, website content, and campaigns.
- Design campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI).
- Create content: blogs, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Optimize digital campaigns for SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
- Organize webinars, demos, and workshops to showcase products.
- Coordinate PR, outreach, and partnership initiatives.
3. Product & Customer Focus
- Drive adoption of Pickovo’s garage management platform and Heptadev software solutions.
- Collect user feedback to guide product improvement and feature updates.
- Oversee onboarding and customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and manage escalations.
- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve lifetime value.
4. Strategic & Business Development
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Define pricing strategies and subscription packages.
- Identify partnership opportunities and negotiate collaborations.
- Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments (garages, enterprises, schools, end users).
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights to inform business and product strategy.
5. Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Supervise junior sales and marketing staff.
- Assign tasks, track performance, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and product teams for integrated campaigns and forecasting.
- Support training for partners and staff on platform usage.
6. Revenue Optimization & Reporting
- Track revenue streams from subscriptions, projects, and products.
- Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.
- Conduct ROI analysis for campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Forecast sales and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and running successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies.
