We are looking for a Product & UI/UX Designer who can transform complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences. You will work directly with founders, product teams, and engineers to design products that users genuinely love to use.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking deeply about user behavior, and designing products from idea to implementation.

Responsibilities

Product Design

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products.
• Convert product requirements, ideas, and user feedback into intuitive workflows.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Simplify complex business processes into seamless user experiences.

UI/UX Design

• Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces with strong attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency across products, features, and platforms.
• Create responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Product Thinking

• Participate in product discovery, brainstorming, and strategy discussions.
• Understand user needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Balance user experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Proactively suggest improvements to existing products and workflows.

Collaboration

• Work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design quality.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and product requirements.

Research & Validation

• Conduct user research when needed.
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends.
• Use user feedback and data to improve experiences and drive product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design and UI/UX work.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience designing SaaS, AI, B2B, B2C, or web applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and design consistency.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-native products or workflows.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and design handoff processes.
• Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Familiarity with analytics, user research, and usability testing.
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.
