We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to take on the role of Project Leader for Consumer Experience Projects. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and manage launch plans while ensuring smooth project governance and financial oversight.

YOU WILL
- Develop and maintain a Launch Plan across various platforms, ensuring alignment with real-time project data in collaboration with the PMO function.
- Create and maintain a project roadmap to provide clear visibility into resource allocation and budget commitments for each deliverable.
- Prepare and present project documentation for governance processes, ensuring key stakeholders remain informed.
- Track and report project deliverables and risk status, working closely with the PMO function to mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to define budget requirements for each Operating Budget (OB) cycle and monitor actual spend versus forecast.
- Oversee budget contributions across platforms, identifying and escalating deviations at financial stage gates.
YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within an engineering and/or technical environment.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across functions at all levels, internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- A collaborative and agile approach, thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
