What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end product design in Figma: wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes.
Run lightweight UX research (user interviews, quick usability tests, competitor audits).
Maintain and evolve our Design System (typography, components, iconography).
Pair closely with Ruby on Rails engineers to implement your views flawlessly.
Prototype micro-interactions and animations that make merchants smile.

Must-Haves

2+ years designing digital products (SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B apps).
Portfolio on Behance or Dribbble that shows clear UX thinking and polished UI.
Deep Figma expertise (Auto Layout, variables, interactive components, prototyping).
Product-led mindset: you prioritize business impact over pixel-perfect for its own sake.
Excellent written communication in English (Spanish is a plus, not a must).

Nice-to-Haves

Motion design skills (Figma Smart Animate, After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
Basic Ruby on Rails / ERB knowledge to tweak views, layouts, and assets.
Experience designing for LATAM audiences or eCommerce platforms.
