Responsibilities
- Acquiring and retaining HelloTalk users primarily in Latin America. Our goal is to make HelloTalk a household name in the world of language learning, global culture, and international friendships.
- Leverage organic and paid social media, SEO, programmatic, or other channels depending on your skillset and interests.
- Overseeing and maintaining the consistency of the brand’s local messaging, ensuring it resonates with local audiences while staying true to global standards.
- Owning, measuring, and analyzing marketing campaigns, including tracking KPIs and providing reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments, such as Operations and Design, to execute campaigns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a track record of executing successful campaigns in the B2C space.
- Passion for social media and a strong pulse for what is culturally relevant and trending, especially in Latin Amerian markets.
- Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Blend of creative intuition and analytical skills.
- Excellent English and Spanish written communication skills and tone. Portuguese is an added bonus.
- Personal interest in foreign languages and cultures.
- Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required.
