• Shape the Future: Work with the existing Design Systems team to craft a design system that simplifies and speeds up the development of HelloFresh products.
• Lead the Way: Collaborate with product designers and developers to create flexible design components, guidelines, and patterns.
• Make Decisions: Set the design standards for HelloFresh's design language and integrate systems thinking into the design practice.
• Own the Journey: Take charge of critical design elements from concept to delivery, including usability testing, guidelines, and tool representation.
• Drive Innovation: Partner with engineering and product teams to explore new opportunities and enhance the Design System architecture.
• Spread the Knowledge: Educate and mentor on Design System principles for a cohesive design culture at HelloFresh.

• Scaling Expertise: Proven experience in building and managing design systems on a large scale.
• Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of Design Systems bridging Design and Engineering realms.
• Component Architect: Skilled in crafting UI components, defining UI patterns, and maintaining design tokens across multiple platforms.
• Cross-Platform Achiever: Strong background in designing and launching products across various platforms.
• Design Champion: Advocate for product excellence, attention to detail, and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Systematic Vision: Ability to maintain simplicity and scalability in the design system with structured thinking.
• Tool Master: Proficiency in Figma and other project management tools for seamless collaboration.
• Inclusive Design Advocate: Ensuring design systems are accessible to all users, following best practices like WCAG.
