Responsibilities
- Market-entry strategy & product launches: For every new-product release, craft and execute end-to-end integrated marketing-communication plans covering market research, positioning.multi-channel roll-out and post-launch review.
- Campaign planning: Design and deliver high-impact campaigns around key sales moments (Black Friday, Prime Day, etc.) and promotional themes, working hand-in-hand with sales and e-commerce teams to hit revenue targets..
- Brand building & PR: Create compelling brand stories that raise awareness and influence in target regions; manage media relations, own the content strategy and ensure one consistent brand voice across all external communications.
- Major-event management: Lead planning, organisation and on-site execution at international trade shows such as CES and lFA-booth design, media outreach, product demos and lead generation.
- Cross-functional alignment: Act as the central marketing interface between overseas offices andChina HO, collaborating efficiently with internal teams (product, sales, R&D) and external partners(PR agencies, vendors, media).
- Performance tracking & analytics: Set, monitor and report key marketing KPls; turn data insights into actionable improvements that optimise future strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or related fields; background in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or the tech industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Demonstrated success in leading product launches and large-scale marketing proiects in North America.
- Hands-on experience managing major international trade shows such as CES and IFA.
- Thorough understanding of integrated marketing tools, including PR, digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, content), KOL/influencer marketing, and channel marketing.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
