Software Engineer (Frontend)

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us reimagine the future of hiring. You will lead the development of fast, elegant, and intelligent user interfaces that bring our AI-powered recruitment tools to life. Your work will empower recruiters, candidates, and organizations to interact seamlessly with data and large language model–driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and AI researchers to create intuitive, data-rich experiences powered by LLMs and automation workflows.
• Develop reusable component libraries and maintain a consistent design system across multiple products.
• Integrate APIs and AI endpoints, ensuring efficient data handling, caching, and security.
• Continuously optimize frontend performance, load times, and rendering for complex dashboards and workflows.
• Write clean, testable code supported by modern testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide and mentor other engineers, contributing to technical discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible at the intersection of UI, data, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in modern front-end development.
• Advanced proficiency with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and real-time data interactions.
• Deep understanding of state management, asynchronous flows, and component optimization.
• Familiarity with LLM or AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain) and how they enhance product UX.
• Proven ability to balance technical excellence with thoughtful user experience design.
