Software Engineer (Backend)

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale the intelligent systems that power our AI-driven recruitment and analytics platforms.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems, crafting the backend architecture that enables seamless collaboration between humans and large language models.

Your work will directly shape how millions of data points — from resumes to interviews to insights — flow securely and intelligently through our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs that power AI and data-intensive workflows.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and machine learning services into production environments for automation, reasoning, and data enrichment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, AI, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end functionality.
• Build resilient data pipelines and event-driven systems leveraging messaging queues and background workers.
• Architect cloud-native systems on Azure, using services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to improve scalability, latency, and developer efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience with strong fundamentals in software design and data structures.
• Proficiency in backend technologies like C# (.NET Core) or Java or TypeScript/Node.js
• Expertise in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) with strong query optimization skills.
• Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture.
• Exposure to LLM or AI-based integrations, such as calling AI endpoints, building agent pipelines, or embedding-based data retrieval.
