We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing initiatives across lead generation, social media, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), event marketing, and marketing analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building marketing systems from the ground up.

Role Description

The Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and digital marketing initiatives for Hello Recruiter. You will work closely with the founders to build the company's presence across digital channels, industry events, and AI-driven search platforms. Strong execution mindset — someone who gets things done.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, or startup marketing
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search
• Experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn
• Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HRTech, SaaS, or AI startups
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• HubSpot / Salesforce
• Google Analytics
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Email marketing platforms
• Experience with conference and event marketing
