We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to help scale our paid media performance, optimize ad spend, and drive efficient customer acquisition through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and lower CPA through continuous testing and iteration.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to align paid ad performance with funnel metrics.
Analyze campaign data and create actionable insights and reports.
Stay current on Google Ads tools, trends, and algorithm updates.

Qualifications:

2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (SaaS, fintech, or legal tech experience a plus).
Proven ability to scale ROI and optimize ad budgets.
Strong analytical mindset; experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Skilled in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Google Ads Certification preferred.
Bonus: Experience with Meta or LinkedIn Ads.
