Why This Role Matters:
We have deep expertise. We have the credibility. We have the customer results.
What we don’t have – yet - is enough people who know about it.
That’s where you come in.
Helios Consulting has partnered with some of the world's leading businesses to deliver business outcomes and maximum value from their investment in Workday. We are no longer content to be the best kept secret in the Workday Ecosystem – we’re ready to be recognized as the go-to partner that Workday and its customers count on. This role is critical to that transformation.
You’ll tell the story that connects our value to the people who need it most—Workday field teams, prospective clients, and ecosystem stakeholders. You’ll build the foundation for how Helios shows up: in the field, in inboxes, on stages, and in conversations that matter. You’ll be the marketing team at Helios – driving execution today and helping shape the function as we grow. We’re open on the job title, but the impact needs to be big from day one.
We are looking for a builder. Someone who knows how to create momentum from the ground up – building campaigns, driving presence, and crafting stories that resonate with Fortune 500 decision makers. You’ll own and drive integrated, hands-on marketing initiatives that create visibility, accelerate pipeline, and amplify the value we bring to the market.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and evolve our go-to-market messaging across service lines, ensuring a consistent compelling narrative tailored to buyer needs and aligned to our strategic growth pillars
- Build and execute comprehensive B2B content and campaign strategies that generate qualified interest in our Workday focused services
- Manage all aspects of marketing communications, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience
- Develop and implement strategies utilizing various channels (digital, direct, field and alliance) to generate leads and drive business development
- Plan and run campaigns and events directly – including Workday Rising, webinars, social media, direct to client campaigns, and co-branded Workday partnership opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Workday alliances to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and work closely with Workday to identify co-marketing and referral opportunities
- Enable and enhance the sales funnel and drive conversions by delivering high quality materials, storytelling assets, and sales support tools
- Analyze and measure content performance – pipeline impact, brand lift, lead velocity - and adjust strategies accordingly
- Turn case studies into cornerstones. Elevate customer success into market credibility. Amplify our wins to the right audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to design and deliver measurable, results driven B2B marketing programs, preferably in a professional services, consulting, or ecosystem-focused environment.
- Experience working inside or alongside a major software partner ecosystem (Workday, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) is a major plus - particularly if you’ve built an emerging brand into a recognized name
- Demonstrated success executing field and partner marketing programs including co-branded campaigns, alliance-led events, and relationship-based pipeline generation is strongly preferred
- A self-starter with a bias for action and execution focus that operates independently and brings energy and creative solutions
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate execution—you understand AI can generate noise as easily as value and know how to use it selectively to amplify creativity, speed up production, and enhance outcomes without sacrificing quality
- Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret trends to drive marketing decisions; confident to activate, manage, analyze impacts, and course correct as needed
- Proficiency with CRM technologies for campaign management
- Understanding of the Workday ecosystem and its applications preferred
Benefits:
- Remote Work
- Medical, Dental & Vision
- Company holidays and paid time off
- Parental Leave
- 401K with employer contribution
- Short term and long term disability
- Life Insurance
