Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Heizen, you will take a lead role in collaborating closely with clients, PMs, and designers. You’ll take deep ownership of complex technical challenges from conception to deployment—architecting robust systems, leading technical execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products across our web, mobile, and backend stacks.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable full-stack backend/frontend systems and high-performance React Native Mobile Applications
• Design and optimize APIs, interactive UI components, databases, and secure cloud infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices within the team
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and lead product demos

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong, production-proven expertise in Full-Stack development & React Native mobile app development
• Highly proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside strong experience in backend languages like Python, Java, or Go
• Proven track record of architecting, building, and shipping robust, end-to-end software applications
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/etc.)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and guide diverse teams

Compensation

₹18-30L Fixed + ESOPs Based on skills, experience, and fit. Performance-based bonuses and equity participation available.
