The Role

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions that drive business impact.

This role demands strong technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of features, and the ability to make architectural decisions for performance, security, and scalability.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature implementation — from requirement analysis to deployment
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure optimal technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver on business goals
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD, and automation

Compensation

₹24-36L Fixed + Performance Bonus + Significant ESOPs

Based on skills, experience, and technical leadership capabilities. Performance-based bonuses and substantial equity participation available.
