That includes digitalizing and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture. By joining us you will work in one of the most dynamic and innovative teams and have a direct impact on building the future of Heineken!

At HEINEKEN, we are on a journey to become the best‑connected brewer in the world, with Digital Commerce playing a central role in this ambition. Digital Commerce is responsible for designing, developing and scaling the IT solutions that serve our customers better, faster and smarter across the entire Route‑to‑Consumer ecosystem. After successfully building our software engineering organization, we are now entering the next stage of our evolution by accelerating the growth of Digital Commerce. We deliver digital products that directly support company revenue while elevating customer experience. Join us in shaping the technological capabilities that power HEINEKEN’s global Commerce strategy.

We are now expanding Hub by adding skilled Product Owners and Product Designers. This expansion reinforces our Digital Commerce team’s commitment to serving customers better, faster, and smarter by strengthening Route-to-Consumer (RtC) capabilities, embracing customer-centric approaches, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

With eazle, we are building a global digital ecosystem to empower all our touchpoints: the B2B Customer, our Salesforce, Distributors and Customer Service. Within the Salesforce touchpoint, your customer is the Sales Rep and the digital product portfolio in this area aims to drive growth through improved productivity and streamlined customer acquisition.

The Product Designer shapes end-to-end user experiences across customer journeys, translating business and customer needs into impactful and scalable design solutions. Combining strategy, creativity and evidence-based design, you influence product direction, enhance design systems and promote reusability to deliver a superior user experience.

You support the design and delivery of intuitive, user-centred solutions that enable customers and users to seamlessly interact with HEINEKEN’s Digital Commerce ecosystem. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Experimentation and Value Measurement teams, as well as fellow Designers, you turn user insights into meaningful design outcomes that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • owning and solving low- to medium-complexity user problems and driving design decisions that influence product strategy and roadmap
  • translating business objectives and user insights or pain points into customer-centric solutions that deliver measurable impact
  • advocating for user-centric design principles and aligning design strategy with market and portfolio context
  • improving and scaling design patterns, systems and processes across teams
  • actively contributing to effective cross-functional collaboration within the Product–Design–Engineering setup
  • crafting high-quality designs in line with brand and design principles with minimal guidance
  • applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to validate and iterate on design hypotheses
  • delivering holistic and consistent design solutions across touchpoints that drive engagement, adoption and satisfaction
  • balancing customer desirability, business viability and technical feasibility in every design decision
  • supporting and facilitating workshops and design reviews to ensure shared understanding and alignment
  • fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. interaction design, product design, user experience design)
  • 5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI or related roles within digital product teams
  • proven track record of designing for digital ecosystems, preferably B2B or eCommerce platforms
  • experience in hypothesis-driven design, A/B testing and experimentation
  • strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design from insight to execution
  • experience in digital commerce, stakeholder management and agile methodologies (preferred)
  • experience working with design system components, tokens and assets (preferred)
  • experience in digital transformation (preferred)
  • commercial value chain expertise (preferred)
  • expertise in one or more UX specialisms (e.g. interaction design, service design, visual design, design systems)
  • proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro or similar)
  • strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to translate insights into design decisions
  • ability to visualise complex user flows and simplify experiences across journeys
  • strong communication and storytelling skills to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • collaborative, adaptable and proactive minds
  • comfort working in ambiguity and making data-informed design assumptions
  • excellent verbal and written skills in English.

This role allows you to apply 50 % copyright tax-deductible costs for 70% of your tasks. (Koszty Uzyskania Przychodu).
