The Role

This position blends Client Success & Sales with Operations & Team Management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Sales

• Call and convert inbound leads (Meta/Google Ads).
• Understand client needs and present tailored service offerings.
• Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication.
• Act as the first point of contact for client questions or escalations.

Operations & Team Management

• Supervise employee performance and update/assign tasks daily.
• Ensure work quality meets professional standards (communication, timelines, deliverables).
• Provide feedback and accountability to keep the team performing at its best.
• Maintain clear reporting systems so management stays informed.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Sales experience—confident on calls, persuasive, and able to close deals.
• Leadership experience—capable of managing and motivating a team.
• Strong organizational skills (familiarity with tools like Trello).
• Proactive, business-minded, and ready to grow with a startup.

Compensation

Base Salary: $2,000/month

Commission: Performance-based commission for each client closed
