Position Overview
The Senior Account Manager at Hedy & Hopp is a pivotal role, directly impacting client success and agency growth. This individual will lead the management of key client accounts and projects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and high-quality work that aligns with our mission to improve patient experiences.
The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter ready to manage multiple accounts and lead projects from start to finish while collaborating with strategy, project management, marketing intelligence and activation teams. To be successful you must be forward-thinking, organized, self-motivated, and have excellent written and oral communication skills with a passion for building client relationships.
Responsibilities/Areas of Focus:
The key responsibilities will include daily engagement between the agency and client, oversight of projects, and building a valued client/agency relationship. As the Sr. Account Manager, you will provide key input in developing strategic marketing initiatives for clients and play a prominent role in presenting agency ideas and project deliverables. You will be responsible for understanding the challenges and opportunities the client faces in the marketplace and for gaining new business from existing clients.

Hedy & Hopp offers a competitive base salary, as well as an employer-paid benefits package and a 401(k). We also offer a generous PTO allowance plus half-day Fridays year-round (we close at 1pm CT).
