Position Overview:
Hedy & Hopp is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our growing healthcare marketing agency. You will play a critical role in planning business measurement, analyzing digital marketing campaigns, and sharing recommendations and insights with both our internal teams and clients. Your insights will help shape and improve strategies for healthcare clients, driving engagement, patient acquisition, and brand awareness. You will work closely with our account, media, creative, and strategy teams to ensure that all campaigns are data-driven and effectively meet our clients' goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for data and marketing in order to achieve our larger goal of improving patient’s access to care.
Responsibilities/Areas of Focus:
The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, data visualization, and statistical analysis to present actionable insights that help shape marketing strategies. By leveraging data analytics tools, the analyst will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization across various marketing channels. Additionally, the Marketing Analyst will play a key role in planning marketing initiatives for clients, offering recommendations for business and campaign measurement based on the client’s stated objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the media and strategy teams to develop data-driven insights that inform campaign optimization, ensuring the best results for our clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior in the healthcare space in order to bring context to campaign performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving client digital presence and engagement, helping clients meet their marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments in creating detailed reports and presentations for clients that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and future strategies.
- Work with clients and strategy to take client supplied business and marketing objectives and align those to relevant and thoughtful KPIs and optimization metrics detailed out in a measurement plan
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other optimization metrics in order to inform the teams of trends or shifts in a timely manner.
- Audit client digital properties for gaps in measurement, strategic testing opportunities, and any compliance concerns due to HIPAA or other regulations.
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and compliance requirements (such as HIPAA) to ensure all campaigns adhere to industry standards.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working in the marketing industry
- 2 years of agency marketing experience required
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable in front of clients presenting measurement plans, reporting, and recommendations
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations, including HIPAA compliance, is a plus.
- Familiarity with database tools like Big Query is a plus.
