The Role
You will join a fast-growing premium DTC brand that connects fans with their favorite artists through a unique audio experience platform.
You are obsessed with data. Finding patterns, uncovering insights, and turning them into decisions is what excites you. You love building the infrastructure behind great decision-making, from dashboards and reporting frameworks to attribution models and growth analytics.
You want your work to directly influence strategy, marketing spend, product decisions, and company performance.
You understand performance marketing, enjoy solving complex problems, and constantly ask: What's working? Why is it working? What should we do next?
This is not a "pull reports and send them up the chain" role. We're looking for someone who asks the question behind the question and isn't satisfied until the insight leads to action.
