HeartStamp is an AI-assisted greeting-card and invitation platform, and we just went to market with something genuinely new. With HeartStamp, our helpful assistant Stampy gives users creative designer superpowers.

We're witty, stylish, and culturally fluent, the kind of brand that says what people actually feel. Our visuals need to match: bold, modern, internet-native, never bland. We're looking for a part-time contract graphic designer whose work brings exactly that energy.

This is a hands-on maker role, not a strategy seat. You'll be turning out a steady stream of scroll-stopping graphics across our channels, working fast, iterating on what performs, and keeping a consistent, modern, design-forward look.

What you'll make

• Static social posts and carousels for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and X
• Pinterest-optimized graphics built for search and discovery
• Web graphics as needed: hero panels, marketing panels, landing-page visuals
• Short-form video edits in CapCut (a big bonus, see below)

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio. This is non-negotiable, do not apply without one. A website (Framer, or similar) is ideal; a Dribbble or Behance link works too.
• Real fluency in Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere)
• The ability to cut simple, clean video in CapCut is a major plus and will move you to the top of the pile
• Comfort with AI image-generation tools. We're a model-agnostic AI shop and we work heavily with Grok Imagine and OpenAI's image model, so experience prompting, generating, and refining with these (or a clear ability to pick them up fast) matters to us
• American cultural fluency and a sharp eye for modern, internet-native design
• Minimum C1 English

The details

• 15 to 20 hours a week, remote

Compensation: $1,000 to $2,000 USD per month depending on scope and location. Retainer based on deliverables, with rates benchmarked to your local market. We hire globally and pay competitively for each region, so compensation is calibrated to where you're based.

How we'll start: We typically begin with a small paid test project, one or two real graphics at a set rate, so we can see how you work in our brand voice before moving to a retainer. It's quick, it's paid, and it's the fastest way for both of us to know if it's a fit.
