OrganicBazar is a profitable, bootstrapped, India-first gardening brand — grow bags, seeds, fertilizers, tools, planters and live plants — shipping 15,000 to 20,000+ orders a month across our website, app and Amazon. Owned by Healthunbox Private Limited, we grow on unit economics and repeat customers, not vanity numbers.
Most of our growth comes from paid ads. The next stage of profit comes from the owned channels we have not switched on yet. You own that engine end to end, measured on repeat revenue and contribution margin. The role is retention-first; you also run our influencer marketing pilot as a secondary stream, coordinating freelancers.
What you will own
● WhatsApp marketing (WATI + KwikChat): abandoned cart, COD confirmation, win-back, replenishment and sowing reminders, and COD-to-prepaid nudges.
● Email lifecycle flows: welcome, cart, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back — always-on flows, not one-off blasts.
● App push + cart recovery: AppBrew push, and a multi-touch recovery sequence across push, WhatsApp and email.
● Referral program: built and run from scratch.
● Repeat revenue: grow repeat-customer share from 29% toward 35%+, with clean segmentation and deliverability.
● Influencer pilot (secondary): coordinate nano / micro gardening creators via freelancers, track with coupon codes, and collect UGC for ads.
What we are looking for
● 2 to 4 years in retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing for a D2C or eCommerce brand.
● Hands-on with a WhatsApp API tool (WATI, AiSensy or Gupshup) and a CRM / automation tool (KwikChat, WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage or Klaviyo).
● Shopify, GA4, segmentation and flow-building.
● India context: COD, RTO, WhatsApp-first communication, and Hinglish copy that converts.
● Judges work on incremental revenue and contribution margin, not open rates. Influencer / UGC coordination is a plus.
