About the Role:
As our Director of Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing a bold, comprehensive marketing vision for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (HWS). You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build brand recognition, generate quality leads, and position HWS as a trusted partner in healthcare staffing. Your strategic mindset, coupled with your hands-on approach, will help us accelerate growth, scale our efforts, and create a marketing powerhouse from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Vision & Drive Growth: Craft and execute a dynamic B2B marketing strategy aimed at healthcare decision-makers, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
- Build & Mentor a Dream Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Create Scalable Processes & Metrics: Develop processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to demonstrate ROI and ensure your strategies are delivering tangible results.
- Align Closely with Sales: Partner intimately with sales to fuel pipeline growth, optimize lead conversion, and drive revenue.
- Own Our Brand Voice: Ensure our branding, messaging, and positioning resonate powerfully across all channels, elevating our reputation and market presence.
- Drive Thought Leadership & Awareness: Lead campaigns that showcase our expertise—through webinars, content, media relations, and industry events.
- Innovate Across Channels: Utilize email, social media, digital advertising, content marketing, and more to reach and engage healthcare leaders.
- Content that Connects: Oversee the creation of compelling whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and thought leadership that demonstrate our value.
- Boost Visibility & Engagement: Manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and client events to position us as a leader in healthcare staffing.
- Digital Excellence: Lead website performance, UX, SEO, and digital campaigns to generate leads and strengthen our digital footprint.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitors to keep us one step ahead.
- Healthcare/Staffing Experience a Plus: Prior experience in healthcare marketing or staffing industry is highly desirable, offering valuable insight into our target market and client needs.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit—and the grit to get things done.
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading teams and managing multiple projects.
- An expert in B2B marketing, especially engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Skilled in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- An exceptional communicator—both written and verbal—that can craft messages that resonate.
- A proven team builder and collaborator who thrives on creating impactful results.
