Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of core product experiences—from coaching flows to treatment plans to how we visualize health data. You’ll turn complex clinical logic into elegant, intuitive design that feels empowering, human, and deeply thoughtful.
This is a high-impact role where design quality is everything. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and our clinical team to bring beautiful ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, end-to-end user experiences that support personalized coaching, clinical protocols, and health recommendations across mobile and web
  • Translate complex clinical workflows and behavior change models into clear, actionable, and emotionally engaging UX flows
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, clinicians, and health coaches—to shape product strategy and user outcomes
  • Lead visual design efforts across the platform, ensuring a calming, modern, and high-trust aesthetic aligned with our brand
  • Establish and evolve our design system to ensure UI consistency, improve scalability, and streamline development workflows
  • Monitor user feedback and usability insights to uncover friction points, inform iteration, and advocate for user needs
  • Leverage tools like Mixpanel, FullStory, or Hotjar to translate product usage data into design decisions that improve engagement and reduce confusion
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and thoughtful interactions across key user flows
  • Help foster a design-led culture, sharing best practices, participating in critiques, and contributing to product vision as we grow

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or coaching
  • A strong portfolio that showcases UX thinking and polished visual execution
  • Experience working directly with developers and understanding technical constraints
  • Ability to turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Deep care for usability, simplicity, and craft

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing protocol-based or behavior change tools
  • Strong experience with Figma and design systems
  • Familiarity with mobile design best practices (iOS/Android)
  • Bonus: Interest in functional medicine, performance health, or preventative care
