Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at HealthPal Inc. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's health tracking platform, creating engaging content for various marketing channels, analyzing marketing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention for The Health Pal.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and potentially paid advertising campaigns.
- Create compelling and engaging content (blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, website copy) tailored to our target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the health and wellness sector.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and data insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency and successful product/service launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key partners in the health and wellness community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the digital health landscape.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role, preferably within the health, wellness, tech, or a related industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, CRM software).
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
