About The Role
The Program Manager is a member of the Accreditation Decision Committee (ADC) team. The ADC team is responsible for decisions and related aspects of the external assessment programs, including Qmentum accreditation in Canada and internationally, Primer, EQual, Distinction and ICHSC. The related aspects ADC is responsible for include appeals, setting and reviewing evidence for conditions/follow ups of assessment programs, and approving postponements when assessment on-site surveys are delayed. The ADC is required to ensure that processes are consistent, impartial, rigorous and accurate.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Senior Program Manager, ADC, as part of the ADC team which is a dynamic and cross-functional unit that works closely with Client Engagement Teams, Surveyors, Digital Services, and the Product Managers for the assessment programs.
