ClaimRight is HFI’s complementary service focused on helping people navigate complex claims and entitlements with confidence and respect. Together, we combine financial expertise, advocacy, and technology to improve outcomes for our community.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social, SEO & Content) to own our growth engine for both HFI and ClaimRight—ideal for collaborative, team‑first marketers who thrive in remote work. You’ll lead strategy and execution—building scalable campaigns, optimising for search, and turning analytics into clear, actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across teams and with external partners to deliver measurable impact while staying true to our mission and voice.

- Paid Social: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta; manage budgets, pacing, creative testing, and audience strategy to hit ROAS/CAC goals.
- SEO: Build and execute an SEO roadmap (technical, on‑page, and content). Own keyword research, content briefs, internal linking, schema, and ongoing site health.
- Content: Create and curate accessible, mission‑aligned content (landing pages, articles, guides, short‑form social, email nurture) that ranks, educates, and converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Implement GA4/Tag Manager, maintain dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio), perform attribution analysis, and translate data into experiments and next steps.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with executives, advisers, clinicians, and community partners; brief and manage agencies/freelancers where needed.
- Brand & Accessibility: Champion plain language, inclusive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG‑informed) across all digital touchpoints.
- Compliance: Ensure marketing in a regulated context (financial services/disability) adheres to relevant policies, privacy and consent standards, and platform guidelines.
- Build Effective Landing Pages
- Promote Events Effectively
- Target clients and referrers through omni-channels
