The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Retail and Trade Marketing strategy designed to increase brand visibility and sales at retail stores. Through a mix of strategic planning, tailoring of national programs, creation of retailer specific programs, and successful execution in-store, online and omni-channel, this role will drive growth nationwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work closely with the Sales Team across all channels and the Brand Marketing team to develop best in class trade and retail marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales revenue targets
- With the support of the Sr Manager of Retail Marketing, develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization
- Be point for the development of retailer presentations/interactions with respect to marketing and promotions, with the goal of securing retailer support and superior executions of programs in-store
- Develop relationships with retailer and CPG marketing agencies; evaluate and recommend platforms that will deliver the best ROI by retailer, channel and geography
- Work with retailer loyalty card and CPG app-based platforms (i.e. Inmar, Ibotta, Fetch, Aisle)
- Support the development of test and learn in-store shopper marketing programs
- Work closely with the field team to support distributor management, reporting, resources for A+ execution in the trade.
- Lead all trade show management and execution
- Utilize all data resources including SPINS, IRI, Retailer POS and depletions reporting
- Research and maintain an understanding of the latest trends in successful trade-marketing solutions, and proactively drive the organization toward new and innovative solutions driving to retail
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years Trade Marketing experience
- Must have proven track record in leading/growing trade marketing sales
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, creativity, and self-motivation
- Organized, proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Data focused with a commitment to identifying key avenues for performance channel growth
- Excellent communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus
- Experience with retailer/supplier relationships a plus
- CPG experience preferred

COMPENSATION : At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $90,000-$100,000 per year. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
