As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping user journeys, crafting intuitive interfaces, and elevating the design quality across multiple product verticals. You won’t just design screens you will influence product strategy, usability, and customer engagement across the entire ecosystem.

Your work will directly impact thousands of users who rely on Healine’s healthcare, insurance, and digital solutions daily.

3. Your Key Impact Areas

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web products in HealthTech and InsurTech.

• Translate business requirements into clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces.

• Build design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.

• Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing.

• Leverage the latest AI design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) for faster creative exploration.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.

• Support the branding agency vertical with digital creatives, prototypes, and brand-led visual concepts.

• Ensure consistent design language across all Healine experiences.

• Deliver high-quality prototypes and handoffs to development teams.

5. Who We Are Looking For

3–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI Engineer.

• Strong command of modern design tools - Figma (must), Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Working knowledge of AI tools such as:

• Figma AI

• Midjourney / Stable Diffusion

• Adobe Firefly

• ChatGPT / Copilot for design iterations

• Experience designing for mobile-first and web platforms.

• Strong understanding of user psychology, design principles, and usability heuristics.

• Ability to convert complex workflows (healthcare, insurance, ops tools) into simple user experiences.

• Experience collaborating with engineers, writers, and product managers.

• Bonus: Exposure to animation tools (Lottie, After Effects) or frontend basics (HTML/CSS/Flutter UI).

• A strong portfolio showcasing real projects and clear design thinking.
