The Opportunity:
We are seeking multiple Digital Engineers to support a large-scale agency program. This program is focused on modernizing an agency IT infrastructure and systems engineering processes.
This posting is to pipeline qualified candidates for this future opportunity.
What You Will Do:
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles to design, analyze, and manage complex systems for a national security mission.
- Develop and maintain system models using tools such as SysML, Cameo, or Rhapsody.
- Perform gap analysis on system requirements and existing architectures.
- Integrate digital models with other engineering tools and disciplines (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud).
- Support the transition from traditional, document-based engineering to a fully digital engineering environment.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI is highly desired).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or digital engineering.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or higher) certification (e.g., Security+ ce, CISSP, CASP+).
- Hands-on experience with digital engineering or MBSE methodologies.
Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Direct experience supporting the Intelligence Community agencies
- Proficiency with specific MBSE tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.).
- OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
