About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and lead paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-growth clients. You’ll work across mobile and web channels, translating business goals into data-driven campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. What You'll Do
Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs.
Manage budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns hit volume, efficiency, and ROI targets.
Partner with internal creative and analytics teams to test and iterate ad creatives quickly and effectively.
Own media buying and optimization, using advanced tactics like value bidding, A/B testing, incrementality experiments, and geo-lifts.
Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and communicate performance clearly to clients.
Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging UA best practices, especially in a privacy-centric world (SKAN, MMM, MMP integrations, etc.).
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding growth strategies and aligning execution with broader business goals.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for mobile apps, eCommerce, or digital products.
Expertise in major UA platforms (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, etc.) with a track record of hitting performance goals.
Experience or strong interest in Web/SEM
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
Experience working with MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and understanding of attribution frameworks (SKAN, GA4, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-facing role with multiple accounts.
